Experiencing issues with Student Tracking?
Due to course updates, we have seen issues where instructors do not see their students on their tracking sheet. This usually affects teachers and students that were on older versions of the Skate4Concrete Certification, or where students have changed classes/instructors.
We have recently implemented a new method to attempt a fix in this situation. It is important to know that the student MUST be in the student list below. If they are not in the list below, you first need to return to your manage students page and add the student. If the student in question has been connected by another instructor previously, using a different account than the one you are currently logged in as, then that instructor MUST disconnect the student from their class list first.
Correction must be initiated per affected student. If you have multiple students not appearing in your tracking sheet, you will need to return to this page after each correction request to submit a request for the next student.
