Concrete Batchman
This is a skilled position, requiring a thorough understanding of the ready mix concrete business. Concrete Batchman controls the process to produce concrete from raw ingredients, and additives according to predetermined specifications using computer batching software. The Batchman verifies correct admixtures are used in correct dosages and provides verification that the concrete batched meets the specifications established by company and customer.
What experience or education is required?
High School Diploma or the equivalent. The qualifications to become a concrete batch plant operator vary by state and position.
