We will provide you with the tools for exploring your career pathway.

Day 1
  • Monday July 14th, 2025
  • 8 am - 1 pm PT
  • Associated General Contractors (AGC) Apprenticeship Program Lakeside Location
  • Training and time on the equipment operator simulators
  • Learn about all the AGC Apprenticeship Programs
  • Perform hands on construction project
  • Establish mini skatepark teams and start with selecting the design for their mini concrete Skatepark
  • Lunch
Day 2
  • Tuesday July 15th, 2025
  • 8 am - 1 pm PT
  • Mira Mar College Diesel Tech Program San Diego Location
  • Hands on training of diesel mechanic skills right in the lab
  • Learn more about the Mira Mar Diesel Tech Program
  • Form the base of the mini skatepark to prepare various shapes and sizes of each park
  • Lunch
Day 3
  • Wednesday July 16th, 2025
  • 8 am - 1 pm PT
  • Pedroza Ready Mix Concrete Day Lakeside Location
  • Learn about concrete
  • Tour the concrete plant
  • Learn about driving the mixer truck
  • Learn about concrete block manufacturing
  • Start concrete placement of the mini-concrete skateparks
  • Lunch
Day 4
  • Tuesday July 17th, 2025
  • 8 am - 1 pm PT
  • Martin Marietta Site Tour Lakeside Location
  • Tour of the quality control lab
  • Quarry tour
  • Explore various equipment needed for a construction site
  • Finalize the mini concrete skateparks
  • Judging of the mini concrete skateparks
  • Mock interviews
  • Lunch
